AKIIN is the Top Event Planner in Tulum, as Experts, the duration of your event is one of the many benefits that is approximately. 9 hours from 4pm to 1am, kicking off at 4pm and ending at 1am. We have to abide by schedule government rules as Tulum is an ecological area.

More than planners we are your budget managers and your fairy Godmother at the same time!
Location fee is the most competitive in the area, we are not a hotel therefore you have the place just for you and very spacious parking lot.

Schedule

​Akiin is one of the few places where it offers a 4:00 pm to 1:00 am schedule, allowing you to enjoy 9 hours of fun and entertainment with your family and friends. The schedule is regulated by the municipality because it is an ecological destination.

Alcohol

Unlike paying an open bar, where the price increases considerably, Akiin handle one corkage fee per person. This allows you to purchase, via consignment, all the alcohol you wish and the necessary mount of alcohol to cover your event. 

This corkage fee last the whole event, the full 9 hours, and it includes:
  • Juices
  • Sodas
  • Ice
  • Natural water
  • garnitures for the drinks
  • Glassware
  • Mixologist
Note: No energy drinks are consider on the corkage fee

For the purchase of alcohol, we work with different suppliers that handle a wide variety of loquors. They will help you with a quote based on your wishes and the number of people attending to your big day. At the end of the event, a count is made with a person of your confidence and you can return to the supplier the bottles that have not been opened (except for beer, wine and sparkling wine) and they will refund the money corresponding to those bottles.
